About the team
Operations is where the plan meets the pavement. You'll be the person who makes sure that what we promised online actually happens on the ground — and who fixes it, calmly, when it doesn't.
What you'll do
- Coordinate field teams and keep daily delivery operations moving smoothly.
- Manage vendors and partners — set expectations, follow up, close loops.
- Solve on-ground problems in real time, then fix the process so they don't repeat.
What we're looking for
- You're genuinely comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Organised, calm under pressure, happy to be out in the field.
- Clear communicator with partners, drivers and customers alike.
Nice to have: on-ground logistics experience.
