About the team

Podrones runs multiple NanoHubs. A NanoHub is a small neighbourhood delivery point with smart lockers, vending machines, a small warehouse and a rider dispatch point. We deliver for D2C brands and are taking on larger delivery work. You'll run the daily delivery work at 1 to 3 nodes in Pune. This is a field job — you're at the node every day, handling riders, packets, cash and problems. You report to the company owner and senior management, and there's a clear path into a City Operations role as we open more nodes and more cities.

What you'll do

  • Open the node on time, sort the day's orders and plan the loads.
  • Send out every order before the daily cutoff time, and close the day's work properly.
  • Manage our own riders on payroll, plus outside riders and third-party delivery companies.
  • Decide which rider or which company takes each order, and keep the delivery cost low.
  • Hire riders, make the duty roster, take the daily briefing, and check attendance, uniform and app use.
  • Talk to the delivery companies — fix pickup delays and other problems, and review their performance.
  • Improve the delivery numbers: first-attempt success, on-time delivery, failed delivery (NDR) closure and return (RTO) reduction.
  • Make sure every rider takes correct proof of delivery.
  • Collect COD cash from riders and partners every day, deposit it and check that the amount matches — any shortage is found and closed the same day.
  • Handle failed deliveries: call the customer, fix the next attempt, photograph returned items and enter them at the node.
  • Follow the company SOP, and keep the node clean and safe.
  • Send a daily report to senior management, and flag problems early.

What we're looking for

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in last-mile delivery.
  • Experience handling delivery boys or delivery associates — hiring, duty roster, daily briefing and performance.
  • Experience with delivery numbers and targets.
  • Experience handling cash and COD.
  • Hindi, plus basic English for reports.
  • Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Good knowledge of Pune roads and areas.
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel, and a mobile or computer dashboard.
  • Ready to be at the node early in the morning — and ready to go on the road yourself when a rider doesn't turn up.
  • Honest with cash. Even a small shortage must be checked.
  • Wants to grow into a bigger role as we open more nodes and more cities.
Apply for this role → We offer ESOP, fuel and phone allowance, and a monthly performance bonus. Good to have: Amazon DSP/eDSP, a Flipkart delivery partner or any 3PL (Delhivery, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, Blue Dart, XpressBees); delivery scorecards; partner apps; client audits. Marathi a plus.

About the team

We're an innovative last-mile logistics company building solutions tailored for Direct-to-Consumer brands, and we're expanding across 9 cities starting with Pune. You'll be the bridge between us and emerging D2C businesses — hands-on market research, digital outreach and early-stage product-market fit testing, feeding real customer insight back to the team. Full-time or part-time depending on your availability, over two months, and it can lead to a full-time role.

What you'll do

  • Research and identify small and emerging D2C brands across LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, WhatsApp groups and other platforms.
  • Refine and segment target audiences for last-mile logistics services.
  • Share company brochures and marketing materials with potential prospects.
  • Engage with prospects to qualify leads and assess interest levels.
  • Collect and analyse feedback from prospects to evaluate product-market fit.
  • Provide structured reports on why certain brands show interest — or don't.
  • Work with the marketing and business development teams to sharpen outreach strategies.

What we're looking for

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
Apply for this role → Big plus: using LLMs and graphic skills to generate brochures. You get exposure to the fast-growing D2C and logistics ecosystem, direct work on product-market fit, and mentorship from experienced marketing and logistics professionals. Apply with your resume and a short note on why D2C brands and logistics innovation excite you.

About the team

We're an innovative last-mile logistics company rethinking logistics from the ground up — building intelligent infrastructure for the next era of commerce. This is not a typical internship: you'll work directly with the founder on problems at the intersection of logistics, technology and platform design. Two months, full-time or part-time depending on your availability, and it can lead to a full-time role.

What you'll do

  • Map India's logistics ecosystem with precision.
  • Identify patterns, gaps and opportunities.
  • Structure insights into decision-ready formats.
  • Identify partnership opportunities, especially around API integration.

What we're looking for

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a top-tier MBA or equivalent.
  • Exceptionally strong analytical thinking.
  • More than research skills — context: an intuitive grasp of India's logistics and eCommerce ecosystem, including the unspoken realities, evolving behaviours and on-ground dynamics that data alone won't reveal.
  • Curious about how platforms like logistics aggregators are built.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
Apply for this role → Lump-sum compensation at the end of the internship depending on value added, salary after month one, and a job offer for a top performer — plus mentorship from experienced logistics professionals. Apply with your resume and a short note on why this work excites you.

Our hiring philosophy

We hire for character first. Skills, we can teach.

Titles change, tools change, the map of India's last mile changes every quarter. Five things don't. Here's what we actually look for.

Integrity

You do what you said you'd do, and you say what actually happened. When something breaks on your watch, we hear it from you first — not from a customer.

Ethics

The easy shortcut and the right call are often not the same thing. We'd rather lose a deal than earn one we'd be embarrassed to explain.

Creativity

The last mile is full of problems nobody's solved yet. We want the person who squints at the obvious answer and asks whether there's a better one.

Hard work

Not heroics, not burnout — just showing up and moving the thing forward, day after day. We notice the people who quietly get things done.

A positive attitude

Things will go sideways; they always do. The mood you bring to that moment is contagious, so bring the good one. We like working with people we'd grab chai with.

We like people who hustle.

Want to work with us? Then please, do get in touch.
