Paste your last 90 days of order data into one tab. Three analysis tabs update automatically — pin-code heatmap, courier comparison, and a specific estimate of what RTO is draining from your P&L every month.
Everything runs on your own machine. Your order data never leaves the file — see exactly what happens below.
Already know your numbers? The loss calculator gives you a headline figure in about a minute — no spreadsheet required.
The template is a protected Excel workbook. You paste your order data into one tab; three analysis tabs update automatically. The rest of the workbook — branding, instructions, benchmarks, formulas — is locked so nothing breaks accidentally.
Headline RTO rate, COD vs prepaid split, category benchmark comparison, and a specific monthly cost estimate based on a logistics cost per RTO you can tune.
Your 30 worst pin codes, ranked by RTO volume. Conditional colour shows which zones are in the red. The concentration ratio tells you whether pin-code routing is even a viable lever.
Every courier partner compared on RTO rate, share of "customer unavailable" NDRs (the fake-attempt signal), and average attempts. The courier you don't suspect is usually the one in the red.
Here's exactly what happens. You submit the form above — name, email, brand. That reaches us. You get an email with the template file attached. You paste your order data into the template on your own computer, and every calculation happens locally in Excel. We never see your data. The only thing that reaches us from inside the template is if you choose to use the "Talk to Us" tab at the end, which opens your own email client with a short message you can edit and send. Even then, your order data isn't included — only what you write in that message.
Microsoft Excel 2013 or newer (on Windows or Mac), Excel for Microsoft 365, or LibreOffice Calc. The file uses standard formulas that work in all of these. Google Sheets works but the sheet protection isn't fully honoured — your view of the file will work, but the locked cells won't feel locked.
Up to 10,000 orders for the pin-code heatmap and courier analysis to work fully. The dashboard's headline numbers handle up to 30,000 rows. If your 90-day window exceeds 10,000 orders, paste the most recent 10,000 and re-run later with older data separately.
Ten columns: order date, order ID, pin code, city, payment type (COD/Prepaid), order value, delivery status (Delivered/RTO/In-Transit), NDR reason, courier partner, and attempts made (optional). Exact column names and formats are on the Instructions tab inside the template.
No. You'll get one email with the file attached. That's it. If you don't reply or reach out, you won't hear from us again. The template has a "Talk to Us" tab inside it, but that only activates if you choose to send us a message — there's no automatic tracking or submission.
We're a Pune-based logistics company building NanoHub, a neighbourhood-scale D2C distribution model for Indian brands. We built this tool because we talk to founders every week who don't have a clear read on what RTO is costing them. The template is the diagnostic we wish existed before those conversations started.
